Founded in November 2020 by the dynamic duo of Cynthia Joseph and Chris Johnson, our company brings a global culinary extravaganza right to your table. Chef Chris, a professionally trained virtuoso of the kitchen, offers an extensive repertoire that includes Caribbean, International, Mexican, Asian, Italian cuisines, and certified Kosher offerings.
Embarking on his culinary journey at the prestigious Sandals International Resorts, Chef Chris has since honed his skills across the globe—from five-star resorts like the Ritz-Carlton to exclusive private villas and islands. His educational background is equally impressive, featuring a Professional Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts and an Advanced Diploma from Liaison College, Toronto, along with a myriad of culinary certificates.

Chef Chris’s philosophy is built around creativity with fresh, local, and regional products, ensuring that every dish not only tastes exquisite but is also visually stunning. Our commitment is to exceed your expectations, turning every event into a memorable experience.

We’ve booked Chef CJ and her team for a family dinner and they’ve nailed it – every meal was delicious. Every bite was a delight. And talk about punctuality – every meal was served right on time. Their personality made the experience even more special. definitely booking them next time we’re in Turks. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to begin. CJs is without a doubt the best on the island. From communication and help setting up our menu to the amazing team that waited on us, CJs is amazing. Our Chef and server showed up right on time, we’re extremely friendly and accommodating. And the food was absolutely delicious. We have eaten at some of the top restaurants on the island and everyone agreed this was by far our best meal. We did the Caribbean menu and I can’t suggest it highly enough. 5 Stars!!!
