About Me

I am a private chef based in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands, currently leading the kitchen at Fiesta Delights. It’s a family-run chef service started by my mother in 2024. We bring tasty, personal meals to villas and events, mixing local island flavors with warm, friendly service.

My cooking journey started in the Philippines, where I was the co-owner and chef at Mangcook by Reynaldo’s, a fast-food spot known for bold Filipino dishes. This helped me learn how to run a kitchen, work fast, and cook real Filipino food.

I later worked as a chef at the well-known Seven Stars Resort and Spa in Turks and Caicos. There, I grew my skills in fine dining and world cuisine while learning top-level service.

Now with Fiesta Delights, I mix all that experience, quick service, fine dining, and love for food and family. Every dish I make comes from the heart and turns a simple meal into something special.
