Meet Ursulo, a Private Chef Turks and Caicos from the Philippines a country known for its rich culture and delicious cuisine Ursula, who goes by the nickname “Arcie” among friends has a true passion, for all things culinary. With qualifications in Hotel and Restaurant Management well as Culinary Arts Arcie began his career in the hospitality industry over three decades ago. He gained experience at establishments like Manilas renowned Diamond Hotel, where he served as a skilled Chef de Partie.
Desiring challenges and looking to expand his expertise Arcie joined Beaches Sandals as a Sous Chef. During his 14 year tenure there he honed his skills to perfection. Elevated his craft with meticulous attention to detail. His remarkable ability to handle volumes of guests while upholding quality standards speaks volumes about his leadership qualities and remarkable skill set.
Throughout the years Arcie has actively sought out industry training sessions and seminars that cover essential areas such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Food Protection measures and Food Safety Procedures. When it comes to cuisine Arcies offerings are a fusion of flavors.
