Executive Chef Roland Henry
Formally and professionally trained in The United States, The Caribbean and Canada, I have over 30 years of experience in Culinary Arts. I specialize in utilizing local and seasonal ingredients, incorporating them into sophisticated techniques, all while creating satisfying fare.
Having earned a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a certificate in the Culinary Arts, I have a vast amount of experience and expertise working in the Culinary Arts.
I have over fifteen years working as a Sous Chef, owned and operated my own restaurant for over six years and also have over ten years of International culinary experience perfecting both Caribbean and International fare.
From creating special anniversary dinners, birthday dinners or parties, private events, cooking lessons, meal planning to large corporate events, I aim to satisfy my clients.

*Catered service or Buffet style (Food prepared and delivered to location);
*Menu items created and delivered to location (Food prepared and delivered to your door)
I’m willing to work within my clients budgets whether it’s preparation and delivery or an on site Chef Experience.
