About Me
Marta Pascual is a chef who started her journey, in Ponce and grew her skills in San Juan at “La Escuela Hotelera de San Juan,” Mayaguez, PR campus. With a passion for cooking she opened a restaurant in Rincón, PR back in 2018. Unfortunately due to the challenges brought by the pandemic the restaurant had to close after 1 1/2 years. However Marta Pascual found a path. Began sharing her culinary expertise as a private/personal chef and caterer. Nowadays she brings flavors to family reunions and intimate gatherings either at peoples homes or during their visits to Puerto Rico.
For Marta Pascual cooking is like therapy that brings people together over meals. Her love, for cooking was ignited by observing her grandmothers skillfully navigating through the kitchen. After completing her chefs diploma she immersed herself in the food scene. Gained experience working at two local restaurants. Notable chefs who have influenced her include Ronny Joseph Lvovski of Primal Gourmet Chef Kevin Lee and Chef Lucia Natalia. Marta Pascuals culinary philosophy revolves around creating dishes and reinventing recipes.
She takes pleasure in blending the timeless tastes of Puerto Caribbean cuisine with a touch of modern sophistication resulting in a harmonious fusion that tantalizes the taste buds.
