Kaffar, a chef with 18 years of experience, has worked all over the world and gained a great understanding of different cultures and cuisines, ranging from European to West African, Caribbean, Asian, and more. Kaffar’s keen understanding of cooking and kitchen operations, along with his amicable communication and interpersonal skills, has prepared him well for their role as a private chef, giving him the ability to create special meals and atmosphere for their clients.
His expertise was recognized with an award for the best soup and exotic gourmet recipe and a mention in the August issue of the Australia-based Food Magazine. Chef Kaffar, while he is well-versed in gourmet food, he also loves to create fun food- lots of flavour that can be enjoyed sharing style by large groups of friends. He gathered a lot of knowledge about different cuisines from Australia to the Africe to Many European countries, he was able to immerse himself in local food traditions. Being able to combine his love for travel and food still gives him the greatest joy possible.
Kaffar is well-trained and versed in diverse kitchen operations, including the preparation of soups, stocks, sauces, broiling, and frying. As a previous gourmet supervisor and culinary strategist, Kaffar has supervised, trained, and taught staff on the preparation, display, and cooking of various foods while maintaining high standards. Kaffar is knowledgeable on the legal requirements related to public health, chemical safety, fire procedures and safety, kitchen cleanliness, and food care.
