About Me
I’m chef Jonathan Acosta, a chef who’s been cooking up delicious meals for over 23 years. I’ve worked in kitchens all over, from New York to Orlando, Texas, and even Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is extra special to me because it’s where I come from, and it’s also where I started my own catering and personal chef business. I love creating menus just for you, making sure your event is as perfect as you imagined.
My team and I are all about making you feel welcome and happy. We’re here to give you the best and most honest experience ever.
For me, cooking is my joy and my passion. It’s where I feel happiest. I love creating meals that make memories, adding a little sprinkle of love to every dish.
I first learned to cook in my grandma’s kitchen. That’s where my love for food and catering began, learning all about using fresh, local ingredients. I’ve also got a certification in GMP food service, so you know your meals are in good hands.
My kitchen hero is Aaron Sanchez. He’s a big inspiration to me.
And here’s a little secret about how I cook: I treat every meal like I’m cooking for my own family. That means lots of love in every bite.
