International Experience: Fritz has left his mark in prestigious kitchens around the world, including Switzerland, Austria, Canada, Australia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Turks and Caicos, Spain (including El Celler de Can Roca in Barcelona), the UK (London Zuma), and the USA (Miami).
